Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the K'ville Indie Flea. We are entering our fifth year and are looking forward to a creative, fun and special season!
The K'ville Indie Flea will be open every Saturday, from March 16, 2013 through November 23, 10am to 4pm. Prices for each 10x10 (approx size) space is $20 per day.
To pre-register as a vendor (with no commitment), please fill out the form below and upload 3 photo examples of what you will be selling. You can email vendor@kvilleindieflea.com with any questions. If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an email from vendor@kvilleindieflea.com within the next 24-36 hours (except weekends). (Sometimes this email goes to your spam filter, please look out for it.) You will be given a password and will be able to login then choose and pay for your dates. You will be able to "pay as you go" and add dates as you like. Keep in mind there is limited space and is filled by a first come, first served basis. Payment must be made by Thursday midnight before the K'ville Indie Flea at which you will be vending. Keep in mind that the earlier you sign up the sooner you will be listed on the calendar. Last minute sign ups may or may not make it on the calendar.
In general, if you don't hear back within about 10 days, it means you have not been accepted. We are sorry but we cannot respond to every interested vendor.
